Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior warehouse, freight handling, forklift operation, or cross-dock experience.
• Must possess or obtain forklift certificate within probationary period.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout shift.
• Strong attention to safety and accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Transport freight between dock areas and trailers while maintaining safe practices.
• Operate forklift, electric pallet jack, and hand cart as needed.
• Verify freight documentation matches item descriptions (type/weight/HazMat).
• Follow safety protocols to prevent spills and accidents.
• Assist customers with freight and related paperwork as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility, trailers, and work areas.
