The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic freelance-style sales associate to deliver personalized makeup, skincare, and fragrance consultations in-store. You will work with a high-performing team to drive in-store events and maintain standout visual merchandising that differentiates us from competitors.

Certification in makeup artistry is desirable, but beginners are welcomed. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, face-to-face engagement, and flexibility to work retail

Qualifications

• Desirable makeup artistry certification or prior retail makeup experience.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Comfort with working retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software or checkout systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide makeup application, skincare and fragrance consultations in-store.
