We are hiring LLM Trainers (Korean – South Korea) for Penguin, a large-scale AI training project. You will craft realistic multi-turn dialogues that enhance agentic reasoning, tool use, and contextual fluency in next-gen AI assistants.

• Design multi-turn conversations simulating real user–assistant interactions.
• Model task-based reasoning with APIs (calendar, maps, email, etc.).
• Ensure natural flow, accuracy, and contextual alignment.

Skills & Experience

Must-Have

• 3+ years in a technical / analytical role.
