Job summary

N4 Studio® is seeking an experienced Mid-Senior Specialist Web Designer to join on a freelance/contract basis, delivering visually led websites and digital experiences for ambitious brands. You will translate early concepts into polished, development-ready designs and collaborate with our distributed design and development teams across time zones.

The role emphasizes strong UX/UI thinking, experience with Webflow, and a robust portfolio.

Qualifications

4+ years of web design experience in a digital studio or agency environment.
Strong portfolio of high-quality website and digital design work.
Designing websites for Webflow with solid translation to development.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator).
Understanding of UX/UI, responsive design and current web trends.

Responsibilities

Design high-quality, visually led websites and digital experiences for client brands.
Take projects from concepts and wireframes to polished, development-ready designs in Figma.
Apply art direction, UX/UI and responsive thinking across desktop and mobile.
Collaborate with Webflow developers to ensure build-ready designs.
Present concepts to clients and refine work based on feedback.
Incorporate motion and interaction thinking into overall design.
Maintain a high level of craft across multiple projects with varying deadlines.
