Outlier is seeking contributors to shape the future of autonomous agents like OpenClaw. This remote freelance role pays up to $50 USD/hr with weekly payments and additional incentives.

You’ll work on designing and testing multi-stage agent orchestration, with flexible hours and competitive compensation. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration, and a track record of delivering production-grade software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular separation (distinct services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have experience building multi-stage coordination tasks with data acquisition leading to reasoned output.
