Job summary

Klick Group in Toronto is seeking a Freelance Creative Operations Coordinator to support the Creative Operations and Resourcing team. You will report to the Senior Creative Resource Manager, handling administration, scheduling, and process tracking for a high-volume creative environment.

This role runs 30–35 hours per week for 3 months with a potential to extend. Duties include invoicing support, resource management coverage, time-entry follow-up, and keeping documents organized to ensure smooth

• Follow up on time entry to help ensure reporting is completed on time.
• Provide administrative support for weekly resourcing meetings.
• Manage and update documents, maintain organized filing systems, and keep folder structures clear and consistent.
• Jump in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

As a key member of the Creative Operations and Resourcing group, you will report to the Senior Creative Resource Manager and play a vital role in keeping processes on track. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, has strong communication and organizational skills, and wants to contribute to a dynamic creative environment.

What You'll Do

• Comfort using Slack, Zoom and Google Workspace tools, including Gmail, Google Drive and Google Docs/Sheets.

• A proactive mindset—you identify what needs to be done and take initiative.
• Experience in a creative, agency or operations environment is an asset.

The hourly range for this position is between CAD $40/hour and CAD $45/hour. The final amount offered will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate's work location, their unique skill set, education and prior work experience.
