Job summary

Horizon Health Network in the Fredericton area is seeking a Social Worker 1 (SW01) to provide services within the Addictions and Mental Health team. The position is a temporary part-time role (0.5 FTE) with evenings, weekends and rotating shifts.

The Social Worker will assess clients, develop treatment plans and deliver interventions in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, while maintaining records and advocating for clients and families.

Qualifications

• Must be registered and a member in good standing with the New Brunswick Association of Social Workers.
• Ability to attend work on a regular basis.
