Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail environment with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Ability to coach and lead teams, adapting leadership styles as necessary.
• Strong basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Complete all training modules and assigned projects during the Franchisee in Training Program.
• Engage in formal mentorship to develop entrepreneurial and leadership skills.
• Participate in in-store experiences with leaders and their teams.
