Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in framing, carpentry, or general construction.
• No formal degree required; trade training or apprenticeship is an asset.
• Physically fit and capable of performing demanding tasks in different weather conditions.
• Familiar with measuring tools and construction safety practices.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are assets.
• Safety certifications such as CSTS, WHMIS, or Fall Protection are preferred.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings for compliance.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials.
• Construct and install floors, walls, ceilings, and roofs.
• Load, unload, and move materials safely.
• Set up and dismantle scaffolding and barricades.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with supervisors and crew members.
