Overview

Hammer Time Framing Ltd. is hiring framers / carpenters to join our team in Jasper, AB. This is a full-time position with a pay range of $20–$35 per hour, based on experience and skill level. We are rebuilding homes lost in the 2024 Jasper fires and are a well-established, respected custom framing company based in the Edmonton area.

Location: Jasper, AB

Responsibilities

• Involved in all aspects of structural framing
• Building walls
• Installing floors and roof systems
• Window installation
• Working from foundation to lock-up stage
• Hands-on, fast-paced work with a focus on craftsmanship and keeping projects on schedule

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2+ years of framing or carpentry experience (residential or commercial)
• Reliable with own transportation (many sites are outside city limits; no public transit access)
• Basic hand tools and tool belt required
• Must have or be willing to obtain proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Out-of-Town Work (Jasper, AB): willingness to work out of town; most projects in Edmonton and surroundings, but Jasper work will occur for remainder of 2025 and most of 2026

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $20.00–$35.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 40–50 per week
• Benefits package after 3 months including: Medical, Dental, Vision
• Accommodations, Living out allowance (LOA), Vehicle/kilometer allowance
• 10% pay increase for out-of-town work
• Mileage reimbursement
