Job summary

Calfrac-Well-Service is seeking candidates for the Fracturing - Operator in Training (OIT) position in Medicine Hat. Residents of Medicine Hat, AB are preferred as the program runs locally and includes MELT training with guaranteed base compensation and a potential revenue bonus.

You will undergo a Six-week OIT program with position-specific mentoring, then progress to Operator status upon completion. Benefits include paid training, a completion bonus, vacation pay on base and bonuses, health

Qualifications

• Alberta Class 3 or 5 driver's license with no GDL and clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience operating a manual transmission preferred.
• Previous industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete all requirements of the Operator in Training (OIT) program.
• Assist maintenance in the shop as required.
• Follow all Health, Safety, and Environment policies & procedures.
• Work outside in all weather conditions with a diverse team.
