In this role, you will work closely with FP&A leadership, programs, and teams to deliver accurate financial reporting and analysis that informs strategic decision-making. Your Responsibilities
  • You will support FP&A leadership by preparing and updating annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial analyses.
  • In this role, you will oversee corporate financial reporting, including Trial Balance, SRI, and other key reports.
  • You will coordinate variance analysis processes and deliver clear insights to support management decision-making.
  • You will lead ad-hoc financial analysis requests that inform operational and strategic priorities.
  • You will manage and optimize financial planning systems within scope, with a focus on Oracle EPM.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience with Oracle EPM, Oracle EBS and Oracle PeopleSoft.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis within a large, complex organization.
  • A four-year undergraduate degree in Business or Accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate financial reporting and budgeting processes.
  • Proficiency in Business Process Modeling techniques and process improvement.
