Job summary

Talantir is seeking a finance professional to join the team to train AI models. You will measure progress, evaluate logic, and solve problems to improve each model's quality. This is a remote contract role with flexible projects and hourly pay.

Candidates should have expert-level financial reasoning, with a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD preferred. Pay is hourly, with potential bonuses for high-quality, high-volume work, and PayPal handling currency conversions.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented and meticulous in analysis.
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis and related finance reasoning.
• Master's and/or PhD preferred but not required.

Job description

We are looking for a finance professional to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.

In this role you will need to hold an expert level of financial reasoning- a completed or in progress Masters/PhD is preferred. Other related fields include, but are not limited to: Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning.

• Projects are paid hourly from $50 to $60 USD per hour, with bonuses on high-quality and high-volume work

Responsibilities:

• Give AI chatbots diverse and complex problems and evaluate their outputs
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance

• A current, in progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD is preferred but not required

Pay: $70.15-$84.18 per hour
