Job summary

Multimatic is seeking a Finance Analyst to support the Controller and finance team in preparing, analyzing, and maintaining financial reports, forecasts, reconciliations, and operational data. You will assist in identifying trends, explain variances, and help improve reporting processes to support profitability.

The role emphasizes working with department managers and the General Manager on financial and operational analysis, including accounts payable/receivable and inventory costing.

Qualifications

• CPA designation or active CPA enrollment preferred.
• 2+ years accounting/financial analysis experience in a project-driven manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/financial reporting tools; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with weekly and quarterly forecasts aligned with targets.
• Analyze variances between actual and forecasted results and summarize drivers.
• Support annual budgets, projections, and financial planning schedules.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting schedules and analyses.
• Track key financial and operational metrics and report trends.
• Collaborate with managers and the General Manager to provide insights.
