What You’ll Do :
  • Melt and pour aluminum into molds.
  • Operate furnaces, tilt pours, and casting equipment.
  • Flux, skim, and ladle molten aluminum safely.
  • Inspect and finish castings (cutting, sanding, trimming).
  • Follow detailed work procedures and maintain a clean, safe area.

You’ll work with molten aluminum, precision tools, and powerful machines to produce parts that keep trucks, engines, and heavy equipment running across North America.

What We’re Looking For :
  • A safety-first mindset and attention to detail.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • English communication skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing, foundry, welding, or machine operation is an asset — but we’ll provide full training!
  • High school diploma an asset.
