Job summary

Clariti Cloud Inc. is seeking a Founding Support Analyst for CivCheck, our AI-guided plan review software for government agencies. You’ll be the first line of contact for contracted government customers, troubleshoot issues, and help scale CivCheck support as the product grows.

You’ll work with Product and Engineering to continually improve the platform and customer experience. You’ll own incident communications, develop knowledge resources, and help shape support workflows in a startup

Qualifications

4–6 years in a technical support or customer-facing role in a SaaS environment.
Experience diagnosing software issues using logs or session data.
Ability to investigate problems systematically and avoid simply passing along issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication with customers.

Responsibilities

Serve as CivCheck’s primary day-to-day support contact for contracted customers.
Triage and prioritize issues per severity definitions and response commitments.
Own cases from intake to resolution with clear documentation.
Elevate critical incidents through defined escalation paths.
Build and maintain customer-facing knowledge and internal runbooks.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Operations to improve the product and processes.
