Job summary

FutureSight Ventures is seeking a Founding AI Engineer to join our Venture Studio, where we build greenfield AI startups from day zero. You’ll own critical architectural decisions, ship early products, and work directly with founders and investors to validate ideas rapidly.

This is not maintenance work. You’ll define system architecture, ship MVPs, leverage the latest AI models and agent frameworks, and iterate as users interact with your solutions.

About the Opportunity

At FutureSight Venture Studio, we don’t do maintenance work. We co-found, fund, and launch vertical AI startups from day zero — with the idea, early validation, capital, and embedded team already in place. Right now, we’re searching for a Founding AI Engineer who thrives on high ownership and rapid shipping to join our early-stage AI ventures. This isn’t traditional product engineering — this is greenfield building, solving real problems, and launching products that real users will engage with immediately.
