Job summary

People Culture Talent seeks Forward Deployed Engineers to bridge advanced technology with real-world customer problems. You will partner with clients to understand requirements, design and deploy solutions, and integrate APIs and data pipelines.

You will work across engineering, product, sales, and customer teams to drive deployments and translate customer feedback into product improvements. Strong communication and a customer-facing mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering foundation with track record building production systems.
• Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar systems, codebases, and environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and comfort in ambiguous situations.
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-oriented mindset with solid engineering judgment.
• Willingness to move between coding, architecture, debugging, and customer conversations.
