Hello! We’re FortNine. We help Canadian riders access the knowledge and gear they need so that they can spend less time worrying over logistics, and more time on their wheels.

At FortNine, our Customer Service team is at the heart of who we are and what we do. Providing sincere and genuinely helpful service will always be our endgame.

We’re looking to add a Recreational Vehicle (RV) Specialist who will be our go-to expert on all things RV in the Customer Service team! From hitches to leveling systems and all types of RV modifications, we’re looking for someone with experience in this field to help service our people!

This is a Full Time position. Remote and Hybrid home options are available for Montreal residents only.

The starting salary for this role begins at $20 / hour, and increases to $21.75 / hour once training has been successfully completed.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Advising and assisting customers by phone and email in resolving order processing issues.
  • Performing with substantial autonomy, taking initiative, and independently assessing cases.
  • Navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and precision.
  • Learning the roles and parts all of our different departments play at FortNine.
  • Being our reference point for questions and inquiries related to the RV field!

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of one year experience working in an e-commerce or customer service environment preferred.
  • Recreational or professional experience in the RV field.
  • Bilingualism: English & French with excellent communication skills.
  • Solid computer skills/experience.
  • Strong drive for progression.
  • Must be locally based in Montreal, QC and able to commute to our offices when required!
