Top Quality Recruitment (TQR) is seeking a Forklift Operator to support receiving, shipping and EDI tasks. The role emphasizes accurate material handling, FIFO compliance and timely communication with Production Control.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma, forklift experience, and proficiency with MS Office and warehouse software such as AS400/Mapics. Strong safety and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience driving a forklift.
• Experience operating pump trucks and battery-powered walkies.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience using AS400/Mapics or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Receive carrier trailers at dock doors and enter them into the receiving system daily.
• Unload product from receiving trailer, apply FIFO labels, store in warehouse or pick location.
• Inform Production Control of receiving variances promptly.
• Prepare ASN, BOL and shipping papers; create load sheets for shipping.
• Load and unload trailers and assist with intercompany shipments when needed.
• Perform 5S activities and report non-conformances to supervisor.
• Complete forklift inspection at start of each shift and report issues.
