Job summary

Canada Bread - Bimbo is seeking a Forklift Operator at our Scarborough, ON facility. This full‑time night shift position runs Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM.

You will operate forklifts and other shipping equipment, prepare tickets in Oracle, keep accurate records, inspect goods and equipment, and help maintain Health & Safety standards. The role includes night and weekend premiums, boot reimbursement, PPE provision, and a recognition program.

Qualifications

• Operate forklift and other shipping equipment to load, unload, transport, and store materials.
• Prepare tickets using Oracle software system.
• Maintain internal, manual or computerized record keeping system.
• Unpack, breakdown, code, and route goods to appropriate storage areas.
• Record shortages and reject damaged goods.
• Inspect and verify incoming or outgoing goods against invoices or other documents.
• Inspect shipping equipment, machines, and tools; report malfunctions to supervisors.
• Collect empty trays and refill Tray Unstacker; ensure sufficient supply of trays.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Health & Safety legislation and GMPs.
• Actively participate in Health & Safety/Quality issues reporting to Shift Supervisor/QA.
• Ocloud inventory experience.
