Ashley Canada – The Dufresne Group is seeking a Lift Truck Operator for our Winnipeg Distribution Centre at 230 Panet Road. You will perform warehouse duties, operate forklifts, and ensure accurate order fulfillment while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires experience in warehousing, forklift certification or the ability to obtain it, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Competitive wages and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Lift truck certification or ability to obtain.
• Experience using RF scanners and basic PC literacy.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and perform safety checks.
• Pick and place products from racks according to lists.
• Assist with orders and help customers as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse and report issues.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
