A national staffing agency is seeking a Forklift Operator in Nanaimo. Responsibilities include operating a forklift for loading/unloading goods, performing basic computer functions, and ensuring a safe work environment. Candidates must possess a valid forklift license and previous experience in LTL loading/unloading. This position offers weekly pay and potential for permanent employment.
Join our team as a Forklift Operator. We need a calm and vigilant person to manage the movement of our diverse inventory.
You will primarily operate a forklift to load and unload goods of all sizes and weights. Occasional manual lifting is required, with the ability to handle up to 75 lb loads.
50% Forklift Operator / 50% Admin work. Perform basic computer functions such as answer emails, print paperwork, and enter information in TruckMate (training will be provided for TruckMate).
Must-Haves: A valid forklift license and established experience in a loading/unloading environment are non-negotiable.
Schedule: Monday – Friday: 4am – 12pm
$23/h
