Job summary

People Integra (A Business Integra Group Company) is seeking a Material Handler / Forklift Operator to move materials safely between warehouse and production areas. Responsibilities include receiving, picking, packing, kitting, staging, replenishment, and inventory control.

The role operates onsite with a 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM schedule, Monday to Friday, with overtime available. Lifting 50+ lbs and proficiency with RF scanners, SAP, and material-handling equipment are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Reach Truck/Forklift certification is an asset, not required.
• 1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. frequently and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication, teamwork, reliability, and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, kit, stage, and replenish materials.
• Receive, unload, put away, and organize inbound freight.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Use RF scanners and SAP for inventory transactions.
• Operate Reach Truck, pallet jack, and other material-handling equipment.
• Transport materials to production lines and remove finished goods.
• Load and unload shipments safely.
• Follow FIFO, 5S, Lean, PPE, and EHS requirements.
• Report material shortages, damage, and safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Work Location: Onsite – 100%

Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday

Interview: 1 onsite round
