We're hiring a Millwright Foreperson in Port Moody BC (with immediate start date). This permanent role offers:

• $63.25 / hr employee rate $75.90 / hr DSP rate
• MonThu 10-hour shifts
• Truck is provided or $2500 / month vehicle allowance if personal truck will be used
• Benefits after 300 hours

What you'll do:

Lead maintenance work on vertical and horizontal pumps, mixer assembly and alignments (impeller & propeller), gearbox inspection / replacement, pump-to-motor alignments (dial & laser), compressor inspections and lube oil replacements across water, oil and gas systems.

Local applicants preferred. No camp LOA or travel allowance provided. Travel / relocation at own cost.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10-15 years experience as a Journeyperson Millwright, 5 years experience as Foreperson.
• Valid Journeyperson Industrial Mechanic / Millwright certificate / ticket.
• Proven supervisory experience.
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements :

CSTS-2020

• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
• Proficient in English both written and verbal communication required.
• Must have own reliable transportation to site.
• Valid drivers license and clean 5-year Drivers Abstract with under 6 demerits.
