Job summary
A leading health organization in Toronto is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to provide psychiatric and general nursing care in a structured environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with forensic patients, and a valid nursing license. Shift rotation and weekend work are required.
Qualifications
- Must be a member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Current B.C.L.S. (CPR) certificate required.
- Psychiatric/mental health nursing experience with forensic patients is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Provide client-centered psychiatric and general nursing care.
- Perform client assessments and develop care plans.
- Ensure security and safety of the inpatient unit.
