Location: Toronto, ON M5R 1V4 – On-site

Employment type: Permanent, Full-time, 40 hours per week

Schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Shift

Salary: $36.00 per hour

Advertising until: 2025-12-20

Responsibilities

• Evaluate daily operations
• Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Set staff work schedules
• Conduct performance reviews
• Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
