Job summary

Aramark Canada at Cégep de Lanaudière in Terrebonne, QC is seeking a General Help to support dining services. You will welcome customers, operate the cash register, and assist with food preparation and service in a busy school setting.

Two positions are available: a temporary replacement and a student role with a flexible schedule, Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Start date is immediate.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in food service or restaurant industry is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and customer service oriented.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Operate the cash register.
• Perform general food preparation duties in the kitchen.
• Serve customers.
• Stock shelves and refrigerators.
• Rotate products to ensure freshness.
• Clean service areas.
• Assist with dishwashing duties.
• Follow all safety regulations and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Salary: $17.00 per hour

Schedule / Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (following the school calendar)

• Temporary position to replace an employee on medical leave, for an indefinite period.
• Student position with a flexible schedule based on availability.
