Job Description
  • Recruiting, interviewing, recruiting and training staff.
  • Manage the work schedule of staff.
  • Conduct regular kitchen inspections to determine if proper sanitation and hygiene standards are being maintained.
  • Monitor the preparation, presentation and storage of food to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Check out the customers to learn about the quality of the food and service.
  • Monitor inventory and ensure that all food supplies and other essentials are properly stocked.
  • Monitor cash flow and pay outstanding bills.
  • Review customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.

Requirements
