Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff.

• Ensure food is prepared, portioned, and served according to company standards.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety regulations.

• Train new staff on procedures, job duties, and company policies.

• Schedule and manage shifts to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.

• Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplies efficiently.

• Assist with budgeting and cost control to minimize waste and optimize resources.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.

Experience
