Salary : $18.50 - $20.00 per hour

About the Role

We are hiring a motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor for a fast-food restaurant on behalf of our client in Saskatoon . The selected candidate will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a team, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain food quality and safety standards, and optimize overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management :
    • Supervise, train, and guide staff.
    • Schedule shifts to ensure smooth operations.
    • Provide guidance and performance feedback.
  • Customer Service Excellence :
    • Ensure prompt and friendly service.
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Food Quality and Safety :
    • Maintain high standards of food quality and sanitation.
    • Enforce food safety regulations and conduct regular inspections.
  • Operational Efficiency :
    • Manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability.
    • Streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Training and Development :
    • Provide comprehensive training for employees.
    • Promote a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Administrative Duties :
    • Prepare and maintain reports, including production and quality metrics.
Work Schedule
  • 8-hour shifts (Day, Evening, and Morning)
  • Monday to Friday, with weekend availability
Requirements
