Job summary

A hospitality company in Victoria is looking for a Food Service Supervisor. You will be responsible for supervising and scheduling food preparation staff, maintaining quality standards, and controlling cash flow. The ideal candidate should have a secondary school graduation certificate and at least three years of experience in a supervisory role. This is a permanent, full-time position offering $21.50 per hour for 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and serve food
• Controls labour hours and cash flow while on shift
• Maintainsrecords for safety and appropriately documents staff performance
• Completes assigned shift paperwork
• Maintains records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensures that food and service meet quality control standards
• May participate in the hiring of crew members and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

Experience - 3 years or above
