Job Summary

As a Tim Hortons Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our team delivers outstanding customer experiences and maintains efficient operations. You'll lead by example, fostering a positive atmosphere and supporting team members to achieve their best.

Hours of shifts would be 6-3, 7-4pm, 8-5, 12-8pm, 2-11pm

Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership :
  • Supervise and motivate team members, providing guidance and support.
  • Assist in training new employees and providing ongoing coaching.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Address team member concerns and resolve conflicts professionally.
  • Maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Operational Excellence :
  • Ensure adherence to Tim Hortons standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Manage food costs by helping to minimize waste.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment functionality.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records. Conduct refunds when required
  • Ensure all health and safety guidelines are being followed.
  • Customer Service :
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Ensure consistent and efficient service during peak hours.
  • Help ensure all Drive Thru Time targets are met.
  • Maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
  • Administrative Duties :
  • Complete daily and weekly logs as required.
  • Assist the store manager with other tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience (preferably in a fast-paced food service environment).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A passion for the Tim Hortons brand.
  • Food handlers certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Tim Hortons experience is considered an asset.
