Neighbourly Pharmacy is currently accepting resumes for full-time Tim Hortons Team Members (Food Service Staff) to join our Team in Esterhazy, Saskatchewan.

Responsibilities :

  • Greet and welcome guests with hospitality - sometimes you will be the first person they see to start their day.
  • Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Take customer orders and prepare food items according to standardized recipes
  • Complete guest orders including coffees, iced capps, donuts and more.
  • Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed.
  • Keep the restaurant clean and organized.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Work with a team to make the guest’s day.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Qualification:

  • Cash handling experience, including cashiering duties, is an asset.
  • Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is an asset.
  • Proficiency in operating POS systems.

  • Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in food preparation is a plus.
  • Previous food service experience is an asset.

Schedule:

  • 32 to 40 hours per week (Full-time)
  • The store is open Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Candidates must be available to work a variety of shifts, including daytime hours, weekday opening and closing shifts, and weekends as operationally required.
