Job summary

Aramark is hiring a Food Service Worker to assist with meal preparation, sanitation, and daily reporting. The role includes serving meals, maintaining storage, and ensuring safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities include following menus, operating kitchen equipment safely, and collaborating with the manager daily to prep the day’s menu while maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Food Service Certificate as needed.
• Ability to read, write and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work quickly and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
• Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions.
• Understand what is inclusive of a meal.
• Ensure storage of food in an accurate and sanitary manner.
• Serve food according to meal schedules and policies.
• Use and care of kitchen equipment, especially knives.
• Prepare various items and garnishments to appeal to customers.
• Assist in major cleaning of refrigerators, freezers, and equipment.
• Adhere to food safety regulations for sanitation, handling and storage.
• Follow uniform policies and connect with the Manager daily for daily menu.
