Job Details

Salary: $36.60 per hour. Work schedules are expected to be shifts of 8 hours 5 days a week. Depending on the business operation, these shifts will continuously vary from early mornings, day, afternoons, evenings and overnights shifts. This role requires work on weekends as well as weekdays.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Build sales and profits, which in turn build your value, professionally and financially
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities

  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation
  • Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, conduct performance reviews
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Provide customer service
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
  • Cost products and services
  • Organize and maintain inventory
