A leading foodservice retailer is seeking an experienced manager in Victoria, Canada. The role involves planning and directing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Ideal candidates will have a secondary school certificate and 1-2 years of management experience. Duties also include providing excellent customer service and addressing complaints. Competitive salary and benefits package offered, including health insurance and vacation time.
Salary: $36.60 per hour. Work schedules are expected to be shifts of 8 hours 5 days a week. Depending on the business operation, these shifts will continuously vary from early mornings, day, afternoons, evenings and overnights shifts. This role requires work on weekends as well as weekdays.
Education: Secondary (High) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Ability To Supervise: 11-15 people
