Job summary

Responsibilities

• Take customers' orders and operate cash register.
• Clean and sanitize items, including utensils and surfaces.
• Prepare, heat and finish simple food items.
• Stock and maintain refrigerators, salad bars and serving areas.
• Reload condiments and supplies at tables and serving areas.
• Keep records of food quantities used and ensure hygiene.
