Job summary

Acosta Group, via Mosaic, is seeking Brand Ambassadors to bring products to life through sampling and demonstrations in Toronto. This part-time role requires weekend availability and the ability to stand for hours, engaging shoppers and meeting targets.

The team provides training before your first shift; compensation is CAD 21/hour with casual shifts and advance scheduling. Certifications in Food Safety and Smart Serve are required, and a vehicle helps for travel to nearby cities.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to approach shoppers confidently.
• Access to a smartphone with photo and internet reporting capabilities.
• Must have access to own vehicle and be able to travel to nearby cities if needed.
• Food Safety certification is mandatory.
• Smart Serve certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Have Thursday- Sunday availability.
• Engage with shoppers and demonstrate products to meet sampling targets.
• Work independently while representing brands confidently.
• Ensure reporting and targets are completed during shifts.
