Job summary

Give & Go is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist in Canada to ensure compliance across labeling and regulatory requirements. You will provide timely input to Product, QA, Marketing, Procurement and Supply Chain to help the portfolio meet regulatory standards.

You will review artwork, generate packaging information, respond to regulatory questions, and monitor changes in HC, FDA and other agencies while collaborating with third-party labs to maintain compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience in the Food Manufacturing industry.
• Minimum 4 years experience in a Regulatory Affairs role.
• Understanding of HC, FDA and other international food regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for label compliance on assigned Give & Go categories.
• Generate technical packaging information for products in compliance with Canadian, US, and other regulations.
• Review label artwork for accuracy and regulatory compliance; approve to Marketing & Graphic teams.
