Food Quality Assurance Manager (Central Kitchen & Manufacturing)

The QA Central Kitchen & Outlet Manufacturing Manager oversees all quality assurance functions across the central kitchen and company outlets. This role ensures food safety, regulatory compliance, and consistent product quality throughout production and retail operations. The manager leads the QA team, maintains quality systems, performs inspections, and works closely with both production and outlet teams to uphold high standards.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure food safety and quality standards comply with HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and SFA regulations for both central kitchen and outlets.
  • Oversee daily production quality checks, hygiene inspections, and operational monitoring in the central kitchen.
  • Conduct outlet hygiene audits, food handling checks, and compliance inspections to ensure retail food safety.
  • Handle quality issues, customer complaints, and lead investigations with corrective actions across kitchen and outlets.
  • Manage and train the QA team; conduct training for outlet staff on hygiene, food handling, and QA procedures.
  • Maintain proper QA documentation, records, audit reports, and traceability systems.
  • Monitor raw material and supplier quality; support supplier audits where required.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, improve product consistency, and enhance overall food quality.
  • Support new product development with QA testing, shelf-life validation, and outlet trial monitoring.
Qualifications
  • Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of QA experience in food manufacturing, central kitchen, or F&B outlets.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SSOP, ISO22000, and SFA regulations.
  • Experience managing QA teams and working with both production and outlet operations.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production and retail environment
Work Location

Based at Senoko South Road with required visits to company outlets islandwide.
