Job Title: Production Worker (Food Manufacturing)
Location: Oxford, NS
Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
Shifts: Rotating Days & Nights | 12-Hour Shifts (7AM-7PM / 7PM-7AM)

Wage: $18.39/hour

We are currently recruiting Production Workers to join our dynamic food manufacturing facility. This role is hands-on, in a fast-paced production environment, with full-time and long-term employment prospects for exceptional performers.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks in food production, including slicing, sorting, packaging, and quality assurance
• Work in varying environments that may be cold, damp, or hot, depending on the production area
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area
• Adhere to all food safety and company safety protocols
• Lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly

Requirements

• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights)
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
• Safety boots required (other PPE will be provided)
• Must be able to pass a clean background check
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Forklift skills considered and asset—must have a valid forklift license
