• Handling of meat products (Cut, Skewer, Pack)
• Prepare and process of food items (Halal).
• Sanitize and clean all cutting areas and equipments after meat processing work
• Inspect meat products for any conformity problems and ensure that non-conformance products are isolated/discarded
• Production quota to be achieved
• Other ad hoc duties assigned
