• Ensure safety systems and interlocks are functioning correctly.
• Maintain accurate production and troubleshooting logs.
• Follow GMP, food safety, and OSHA standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Food Processing Technician – Dairy Production is an essential member of the Nanak’s food processing operation and is responsible for operating, monitoring, and adjusting dairy processing equipment with a focus on instrumentation, automation, and HMI systems. Ensures efficient and safe food processing in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
