A traditional dim sum establishment in Canada, Alberta, is seeking individuals passionate about hand-made Chinese dim sum and Bao. Responsibilities include preparing traditional dim sum. Candidates should have relevant experience, be able to work with minimum supervision, and be flexible with their schedules including weekends and public holidays. Immediate availability is preferred.
