Olymel in Saint-Damase is seeking a Food Production Labourer to support our poultry processing line. The role involves working across multiple stages of processing, from receiving to packaging, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You will handle products in a refrigerated plant (-4°C) and must follow hygiene, food safety and safety standards. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth within a family-oriented team in Saint-Damase, QC.

Qualifications

• No specific education required; on-the-job training provided.
• No prior experience required; experience in manufacturing or agri-food is a plus.
• Reliability, punctuality, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Participate in various stages of poultry processing from receiving to product preparation.
• Handle, transport, weigh, prepare, and package products per quality standards.
• Work in areas of slaughtering, evisceration, cutting, and sanitation to support production.
• Adhere to quality, hygiene, food safety and safety standards in a refrigerated environment (-4°C).
