Aufgaben

• Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables.
• Keep track of food quantities consumed.
• Package take-out food for customers.
• Portion and wrap foods for service.
• Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
• Serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
• Stock refrigerators and salad bars.
• Take customer orders at the counter.
• Clean, peel, slice and trim foods using manual and electric tools.
• Clean and sanitize the kitchen surfaces, storage areas and equipment.
• Receive, unpack and store supplies in cold storage and cupboards.
• Remove garbage and trash regularly.
• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
• Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruits.
