Responsibilities

• Adheres to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates and expiration dates.
• Follows proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels.
