Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Food and Consumables Associate to provide exemplary customer service by upholding Walmart’s values, while maintaining and zoning the food and consumables area and assisting with stocking and selling goods.

The role requires rotating stock, ensuring shelves and signage are accurate, and adhering to cold chain standards, thermometer calibrations, temperature logging, and proper labeling and pricing practices.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates
• Follows proper procedures for; Ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels.
