Job summary

Walmart Canada in Renfrew, ON is hiring a Food and Consumables Associate to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining the food and consumables area. You will assist with stocking, merchandising, and ensuring pricing accuracy.

You will follow cold chain standards, monitor temperatures, and assist with ordering, markdowns, and signage to keep products safe and well-presented for customers.

• Zones the department to ensure product shelves, tables and bunkers are organization and product is in the correct location
• Rotates stock and checks for expired products.
• Ensures the merchandise is properly signed and priced.
• Adheres to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates
• Follows proper procedures for; Ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.10.
