Pursuit Collection seeks a seasonal/full‑time service team member at 76 Connaught Dr, Jasper, AB. Pay: $20 per hour. Work shifts include morning and evening.

Compensation

Starting salary: $20.00 per hour. Position is part of seasonal Spring/Summer 2025 hiring.

Responsibilities
  • Request orders from and serve food and beverages to guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the service area.
  • Perform opening/closing and side duties as per shift checklist.
  • Promote a "No Problem Service" environment.
  • Be energetic and enthusiastic; enjoy customer service and working with the public.
  • Know the food and spirits menus.
  • Serve alcohol responsibly using skills and knowledge from Proserve training.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment and keep the bar clean.
  • Perform duties timely and efficiently, following company policies.
  • Perform well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Accurate with cash and product handling.
Qualifications
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
  • 1–2 years of serving experience is an asset.
  • Proserve certification (online, obtained before start).
  • Fluent in English; additional language is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Desire to expand knowledge in Food & Beverage and customer service fields.
  • Ability to handle money.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift a minimum of 10 lbs.
  • Flexible with work schedule (morning & evening shifts).
Work Environment

The role is based in the iconic Canadian Rockies, offering a scenic location, a global team, and team events. Physical requirements include walking, stair climbing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
